  • improve our services and systems using aggregated, de-identified performance data. We will not share your individual business data with other clients or third parties for this purpose.

4. Disclosure of Personal Information

4.1 Service Providers

We may share your personal information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in delivering our services. These include:

By using our website or services, you consent to your personal information being transferred to and stored in those countries. We take reasonable steps to ensure that overseas providers handle your information in a manner consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles.

We store personal information securely using encrypted systems and access controls. Access is restricted to authorised personnel and contractors who are bound by confidentiality obligations.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by law. Specifically:

  • Client data — retained for the duration of the service engagement and for 7 years following termination, consistent with our tax and accounting obligations under Australian law.
